If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement.

It took nine days total to arrive at my door in the US, including four days for production and five business days in transit with DHL. Shipping was free, and I only had to pay the import duties. The cover fits my Rimowa Essential really well, and the red stripe looks great. The stitching is neat and the overall quality feels solid. Shipping to the US took 5 days, although processing took another 4 days before it was sent out. Shipping was free, but I had to pay the import duties myself. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase.
