If your cover arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos and an unedited unboxing video showing the package sealed on arrival. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement.

I ordered the Original Trunk Plus with the black stripe, and I’m really impressed with the quality. It feels very premium, and you can tell it was carefully made. The details and stitching are extremely neat. It took 4 days to make before shipping, then 5 days to arrive in the US. Shipping was free, although I paid the import duties myself. It was well worth it for such a beautiful product.
